Purpose of the processing and legal basis
The personal data provided by you are processed only for purposes strictly related and necessary to the use of the Site and the Services requested, or for purposes functional to the performance of research, economic and statistical analysis, sending information material and updates on initiatives and programs of Valuechina Srl, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1, letter e), EU Regulation 679/2016.
In accordance with art. 13 par. 2 of EU Regulation 679/2016, if the data controller intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, prior to such further processing he shall provide the data subject with the following information
The recipients of personal data
The data may be communicated, in compliance with the regulations in force, to external companies appointed by VALUE CHINA S.r.l. to carry out services of various kinds, such as, for example, maintenance and assistance of the Site and related Services.
Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organisations
If the transfer of data outside the EU or to international organisations is envisaged, the Data Controller undertakes to clarify it to the data subject:
- whether or not there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or whether the Commission has decided that the third country, a territory or one or more specific sectors within the third country, or the international organisation in question ensures an adequate level of protection. In such a case, the transfer does not require specific authorisations;

Period of retention of personal data
In order to ensure correct and transparent processing, data shall be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed in accordance with legal requirements.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The personal data provided by the user, for the registration to the reserved area of the site or for the subscription to events created and/or managed by VALUE CHINA S.r.l., involves the storage in the Identity & Access Management system in order to give the user the access credentials to use the services provided.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
Cookies
No personal data of users is acquired by the site.
Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e. systems for tracing users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
Treatment modalities
Pursuant to art. 4 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the processing of personal data consists of any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, deletion or destruction.
The processing of personal data is carried out through the use of electronic or automated tools, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by current legislation. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested party
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to ask the owner of the data processing:
- access to his/her personal data, regulated by art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
- the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing provided for respectively by Articles 16, 17 and 18 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
- the portability of data (law applicable only to data in electronic format) governed by art. 20 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
- the opposition to the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Right of complaint
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data referred to them is carried out in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016 itself, or to take appropriate legal action, art. 79 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of a possible refusal to provide data
Except as specified for navigation data, the provision of data through the data entry forms on the website of VALUE CHINA S.r.l., or communications transmitted on a voluntary basis by the same User are optional. However, failure to provide them may make it impossible to use the application services of VALUE CHINA S.r.l. made available to users via the Internet.
